ABOUT

Hi there. I’m a certified Life Coach and mother of two boys.

I struggled with my weight since my late teens, constantly on diets and trying to find a solution that worked.

After my second son was born (and during Covid lockdowns), I was the heaviest I had ever been.

I tried everything to lose the weight and nothing was working.

From Weight Watchers and Prolon, to counting macros with a personal trainer and Whole 30, through to meal delivery services and juice cleanses.

I generally felt lacking, hopeless, frustrated and fragile. It was showing up in my relationships, at work, and in how I treated myself.

I wanted food and alcohol to be easy and normal like it seemed to be for other people.

I wanted to be off the diet hamster wheel AND FEEL GOOD IN MYSELF.

LIFE COACHING

My sister told me about a way of losing weight with coaching that looked at what you ate but also addressed how you were thinking and feeling.

Coaching teaches that if our actions are a symptom of how we think and react to our emotions, it’s essential to focus on those things in order to change our behaviours at the root.

Everything started to make sense.

I finally saw that I had been using food and alcohol to cope, escape or revel in almost every emotion and in doing that, I had thrown my body out of balance.

The idea of changing things was so appealing to me.

WHAT HAPPENED next?

I started losing weight and feeling so much better that I wondered how I hadn’t discovered this way before.

It was intuitive to keep going.

I immersed myself in all that coaching had to offer and was blown away by the results.

I lost the weight and have kept it off.

No more dieting or worrying!

I’ve improved all of my relationships, my sense of worth and purpose, and strengthened my emotional management.

My life changed.

I feel the most relaxed I’ve ever felt about food and alcohol.

I love the relationship I have with myself and feel strongly equipped for whatever comes my way.

I knew I had to share these tools with more women who are sick of dieting and want to feel better in their bodies and about their eating and drinking habits.

If that appeals to you, find out more about coaching with me below.

HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT?

If we’re coaching for changing your eating and drinking habits, not only will you lose unwanted body fat and keep it off, feel great in your body and stronger in your mind, but you will also:

  • stop demonising food and alcohol.

  • stop worrying about fad diets and what to do.

  • stop using willpower and restriction to lose weight (only to put it back on again).

  • stop calorie counting, measuring and app tracking.

  • learn how to be kind to yourself to create the change you really want.

  • create positive change in other areas of your life.

If we’re doing general life coaching, you can expect to create powerful change, growth, and possibility in the areas of your life where you feel most stuck and dissatisfied.

You will uncover limiting beliefs and learn how to think intentionally to create the outcomes you want.

You will develop self-coaching skills that will help you time and again in your future.

You will set goals and achieve them.

MY MISSION IS TO SHARE THIS INCREDIBLE WAY OF DOING THINGS WITH other women WHO WANT TO FEEL BETTER in BODY AND MIND AND BREAK FREE OF THE HABITS THAT GET IN THEIR WAY.

What CLIENTS Are Saying

“Sally really helped me through a particularly difficult time last year.

She was able to help me sort through the noise of life and hone in on the areas that would improve my state of mind. Just having her to check-in with each week gave me a brilliant compass for life navigation.

I had someone to be accountable to, not just myself, as showing up for myself was definitely something I had been struggling with.

I would recommend Sally to anyone that needs help tapping into their most authentic self and a bit of light to guide the way when things feel insurmountable!”

Rose

“Six months ago I was in a real slump. I felt overweight and had lost confidence in myself when wearing clothes.

But as I write this I am stone lighter, fitting into jeans that I thought to myself ‘there’s no way’!

What’s clever about Sally’s coaching is that following your bespoke plan is sustainable. There’s no mention of a diet — you’re simply changing your relationship with food so that you are more in control.

Sally is always there if you need her and reminds you to be kind to yourself and trust the process. I did trust it and it has worked!

I cannot recommend her enough to anyone who feels stuck and needs some help on losing weight.”
