In this 90 minute deep dive session, I will:

  • take an eating and drinking audit to better understand your current health and habits

  • establish your weight loss and habit change goals

  • go through each of the Four Pillars of my approach and give you practical ways to apply them to your life

  • create your personalised eating and drinking protocol so that you can reach your weight loss goals with power and a plan.

Detailed notes and your eating and drinking protocol will be sent to you 24 hours after the session.

I will check in with you every Monday for four weeks after the session to answer questions and work through any obstacles you face.
